Tree questions

Which tree should we choose?

Noble firs have sturdy, distinctly spaced branches and a mild fragrance. Fraser firs last the longest. Douglas firs have soft but prickly needles and a sweet fragrance.

How tall a tree should we get?

Measure your ceiling before you come, and leave about 30 cm (one foot) for the stand and the star on top.

How do I keep my tree fresh?

Cut a thin slice off the bottom of the trunk when you get home, then put it straight into water. Check the stand every day. A fresh tree drinks a lot in the first week.
